Erase data in spreadsheet

Hi All
New to this hope somebody can help. The following is an exam question
beit an old one but still in use. "Erase all the data in the
Spreadsheet to leave all cells blank without reloading the software" Am
I missing something or am I overthinking the question - HOW can this be
done HELP!! Waiting with baited breath. - Schwing

I don't know if you're overthinking or not - I can't imagine why you'd
want to do it - it's far more efficient to simply open a new workbook.
That doesn't require "reloading the software".

One way to do it, if one were so inclined, would be to select all the
cells on the sheet (e.g., CMD-A, or click the box above the row headers)
and choose Edit/Clear/All.

Or - Edit>Delete Sheet, Insert>Worksheet.

I wish exam questions had been this tough when I was in school... Then
again, everything was tougher 'cause we didn't have computers :)
