Erase organizer name when I make an appointment

I have Outlook 2007. When I schedule a meeting *for instance....Hair
Appointment* my e-mail appears after the name of the appointment as follows:

Hair appointment; (e-mail address removed)

How do I delete the organizer name showing up in my calendar?
