ERD: Refresh Model option in Visio Professional 2002

Hi,

I've got a problem: I created and ERD some time ago and need to reflect
changes that happened lately (tables were modified, new tables and triggers
were added).
I tried Refresh Model option at the time of creation of my ERD and it worked
OK.
I tried it now - it doesn't work. It starts analyzing tables and then it
freezes (doesn't react to anything, I have to kill it) and kind of goes to
background (if there were any other open windows on the screen - they jump
forward). The only thing that changed - our DB was Oracle7 Server Release
7.3.4.2.0 and now it is Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.4.0.
Can this fact explain why Refresh Model option doesn't work any more?
