ERP as Custom Field list (PS2007)?

Hi-

Is there a way to use the Enterprise Resource Pool "Resource Name" field as
a Lookup Table or selectable list for a Project level Custom Field?

I need to create a Project Center view which shows the lead person from each
of three organizational departments on each project. The easiest way to do
this would be to "share" the Resource Name field and use it as a dropdown
list, however, I cannot find a way to do it. Otherwise, all I can see is to
create three Project level Custom Fields where resource names are manually
entered and maintained.

Beth:

No, you can't simply reference the resource name field to create a new value
list. You can, however, write code to update an enterprise field value list
based on the Resource Name field.
