Well I know that SAP has an implementation "lifecycle" called "ASAP" - Other
vendors have their own.

Depending on the vendor you might be able to get it from them - however I
suspect that if you are looking for a lot of detail, they won't give it
away. Repost your question - also, are there SAP News groups/user groups

"Seeking SAP/JD Edwards Implementation MS Project Schedule" (or your
potential vendor)

(Of course there are lots of consultants out there that will sell you an
implementation...)
