Hi,

Does anyone know how does the group field in the ERP get populated?

Does it get populated during AD Sync? If yes, is there a way to disallow it?

Or, is it associated with a resource custom attribute?

Group field doesn't get populated from AD. AD groups and PWA groups are
different than this group field. It is a resource custom attribute.

Resources that share characteristics and are categorized by a group name.
For example, you can categorize resources by job function and use a group
name such as plumbers. Or, you can categorize resources by employment
status.),

It specifies the group to which the resource belongs. If you enter a group
name, you can sort resources by group or apply a filter to show information
about specific groups.

Not to contradict Faisal, but when I pull in resources (1 at a time,
manually) from the Outlook address book, it fills in the Group field.
However, since our Outlook address book is inconsistent, we do not use this
field.
