Err during Send/Receive -"MS OfficeOutlook encountere error" Any f

I had installed Office 2003 a month ago, configured pop mail and was working
efficiently.
Later I had upgraded to XP -sp2 recently and also Installed Norton AV.

A week after the above said upgrades,I started getting error during
Send/Receive of my Outlook 2003.All the Outlook function works, except
"Send/Receive Mail"
Errors when "Send Receive" button is clicked.
It says
"Microsoft Office Outlook has encounterd a problem and needs to close.We are
sorry for the inconvenience"

Error Signature

I have upgraded office SP2 patch and still the error remains.
Uninstalled and ReInstalled ...still it errors.

Anybody encountered similar error?

System configs:
P4,XP sp2,1gb,office 2003

Hi,

Try configuring a new profile in Outlook with the same settings for the POP3
account and check if the issue gets resolved.
