Hello,
This one is realy tough.
Whenever a user sets Word as an email editor and tries to send email, he
gets this error:
"NO SUCH INTERFACE SUPPORTED"
Of course, the same happens when he tries to send an Excel sheet as a body
message (not as attachment).
It was working fine recently, nothing has changed.
I did extensive research, but seems that Microsoft are acting as if this
problem doesn't exists. I found many people who have this problem, but no
solution.
OS: WINXP SP1
MS OFFICE 2003 SP1
nothing in the event log
Here's what I did so far:
tried Detect and repair
tried cleaning temporary files
tried registering OLE32.dll
tried creating new oulook profile
tried reregistering comcat.dll
created brand new user profile
uninstalled OFFICE, cleaned files and registry, reinstalled
NOTHING WORKED !!!
HELP !!!
I think Microsoft should take the responsibility to find a solution to this
problem.
Thanks!
