Erro message

I upgraded from Windows98 to Windows XP.
I reinstalled Office 2002

I changed from Windows98 to WindowsXP.
My Windows98 was defective.
I backed up my data files with Acronis True Image, but I get this error
message on opening Outlook:
The add-in "D:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\AshoutXT.dll" could not
be installed or loaded.
Search of the computer and the registry yield no reference in the registry.
Detect and repair did not help.
Any suggestions?

Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options -- check the COM Add-ins and
Add-in Manager. Find it and remove or disable it.
