erro while connecting ProjServer

I am getting error while connecting to the project server
from client machine. What is this error mean and how can
I get rid of this.
Connection failed
SqlState: 'S1T00'
sql server error:0
[Microsoft][ODBCSQL Server Driver] Timedout Expired
