Error 0x80004005 while publishing project

Getting the following error in the spooler while trying
to publish the project-
0x80004005

I followed the instructions on -
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?
kbid=328249&product=prj
Point 1 is not applicable and settings mentioned in Point
2 are already enabled.

I also came across a prior posting which recommended
installing
- Project Server 2003 Service Pack 1
- Project 2003 Service Pack 1
I tried these too, without any success...

What else could be the problem? Please help!
