Error 0x80040102 Using Outlook Connector for Lotus Notes

I'm trying to set up my Outlook 2003 to use the Outlook Connector for Lotus
Notes to access my Lotus Notes mail & calendar. If I set up the Outlook
Connector as the default mail profile, I get an error upon launching Outlook
that says "Unable to open your default e-mail folders. The server is not
available." If I configure Outlook using my external pop address as the
default, and configure a second profile for Notes, Outlook launches. But when
I try to send/receive against my Lotus Notes, I get an error 'Task Outlook
Connector for Domino - Receiving: reported error (0x80040102): The requested
operation cannot be performed on this account." I've tried uninstalling and
reinstalling, I've tried deleting all the default outlook folders, creating
new ones, nothing works. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
