How do I fix this error in Outlook 2007 running Vista Ultimate> After many
months of running Outllok 2007 I just started getting the error message. I
have updated to SP1.

I think your error message is affecting more than you think within Outlook.
It appears to be posting to the wrong newsgroups too as this is a OneNote
newsgroup, not one for Outlook.
