Error 0x80070005

I have computer with Outlook 2003 which POPs emails. We are implementing
Exchange. I connected Outlook to Exchange and configured Outlook to store
emails in mailbox, stil using POP and SMTP for send/receive emails. can not
send or receive emails at all. When I click manual send/receive I get error
message: "Error send receive 0x80070005. You don't have appropriate
permissions to perform this operation". When I switch back to store emails in
personal folders everything works fine. Any idea what is the problem?

You created a new mail profile for this or only added the Exchange account?
Can you send message internally with Exchange?

I found what the problem was. I copied user profile from another one, so
Outlook pointed to the .ost file in another user profile which current user
did not have rights to. I basically created new email profile, which put .ost
file in right place and that resolved the problem.
