Error 0x8007007f appearing when using Clip Art in Office 2003

Hi all -
I am completely frustrated! I went to use the clip art
gallery in one of my programs and I received the
following message...

Clip organizer cannot complete the operation.
The specified procedure cannot be found. Error 0x8007007f.

I have tried repairing the problem with the set-up disk.
I have tried uninstalling Office 2003 completely and
reinstalling it.

Neither have worked. Has anyone had this problem? And do
you have any idea what is happening?
