Error 0x800A0CC1 on new database

I've created a new database using EditSite. All seems to be OK. I can save
projects and load them again. I have created a few views, including
Portfolio Analyzer views (which means I have successfully createds a cube -
albeit empty).

However, when I try to publish assignments, I get this error code in the
spooler and nothing gets published.

I have another database working successfully in the same infrastructure so I
can't see that it's a problem with Service Packs or whatever.

Any thoughts?
