Error 0x800C8105 in Outlook

Outlook 2002(XP) SP3
We have a user reporting the following error:

"Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server - Sending and Receiving' reported
error(0x800C8105): 'Unknown error 0x800C8105'

Previous postings suggest the deactivation of anti-virus email scanning.
This was done but errors continued.
It comes up on an irregular basis but doesn't seem to affect functionality.
Anyone have any ideas?
Someone must know what that particular error code indicates?
