I can send email but cannot receive any email. There always appear the same
receiving reported error 0X800CCC0F: the connection to the server is
interrupted. How i can fix this problem?

What was the COMPLETE error message?
What VERSION of Outlook?
What TYPE of e-mail account (POP, IMAP, HTTP, Exchange)?
What VERSION of Windows?
Using any ANTI-VIRUS software? Tried disabling its e-mail scan?
