I have a weird problem. Lately when I try to sent email it times out
and get this message:
Task 'MSN - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC7D) : 'Your outgoing
(SMTP) server does not support SSL-secured connections. If SSL-secured
connections have worked in the past, contact your server administrator
or Internet service provider (ISP).'
I have Outlook 2003 on XP home sp3 on desktop and notebook (both
desktop and notebook do this) what's weird is, I tested both ports 25
and 587 and are not blocked. and when I go to account properties and
do a "test email settings" it works fine and sends a test email. then
I go back and try to send the email sitting in the outbox, half the
time it sends and half the time I get the error message again.
