Error 0x800ccc92 ------- OE works fine / Outlook2003 not

Context : Retrieve mails on a Pop3 Server.
The send/recieve works fine with Outlook Express but when the account is use
with Outlook2003 (on the same machine), the window with User/password needed
appear and an error 0x800ccc92 is returned.
- Account deleted and recreated ( manually) or Account imported from OE
return the same problem.
Is there an issue ? a mofdification in registry (e.g. a password transmition
in plaintext ?

I believe that your POP server saying that either your username or password
is incorrect. I don't know how your ISP has their accounts set (check their
website) up, but you appear to be passing your email address
([email protected]) as
your username, and then your password (which doesn't show in the logfile for
obvious reasons...) and the server rejects your attempt to login. The two
possibilities I can think of are (1) your username should really be
yourusername,
not the full email address or (2) you've entered your password incorrectly.
