error 0x800ccc92

die hard

i have multiple email add in outlook,but my email add yahoo cannot received
mail and appear the Enter network password under pop.mail.yahoo.com and
smtp.mail.yahoo.com. while i click the testing button

and when i click the send/received the error is 0x800ccc92
please assist me...
