Error 0xc0150002!

I had to repair WinXP after insallation Office none of the Office
applications would work and it came up with the above error saying
"The application failed to initialize properly(0xc0150002). Click on OK to
terminate the application".
I uninstalled Office and all its components, and still when I click on an
apllication Word, Excel etc. the same message comes up.
Please note : Once 2003 failed I tried to instal my previous Office 2000 but
that got halfway thru installation and failed.
