error 100

CSequeira

Having saved a new file that i created, with the right format *.vsd, i now
cannot reopen the file.
I keep getting a message "Error 100, Visio cannot open the file or the file
may be corrupt".
My question if it is corrupt, how can it be repaired.

If it is corrupt then AFAIK it cannot be repaired. That was why visio
impliemented the autosave function in (I believe) v2002.

You should also remind people that they must first turn on auto-save. It is
off by default.
