For some reason, I'm suddenly unable to delete my IMAP email for my dot
mac account in Entourage (2004). It had been working fine for months,
but now when I try to delete an email, trash the contents of the
"deleted" folder, or purge it, I receive an Error 1025.
I checked the integrity of the database and it didn't indicate I needed
to rebuild it.
I ended up deleting items thru my web version of the account, but the
info failed to synch with the Entourage. Trying to "repair message
list" didn't help, although "Empty Cache" did.
The deleted mailbox is now empty (new deleted mail that comes in fails
to land in there although if I go to the web verison I'll find the
deleted messages where they're supposed to be.). When I click on the
"deleted" folder, i get another 1025 error message: Mailbox does not
exist. Mail could not be received at this time.
Any suggestions? thanks.
