A user with Entourage connected to an Exchange 5.5 account has started
receiving an error which follows:

Error
Mail could not be received at this time.

Explanation
The server returned the following error

The requested message could not be converted to an RFC-822
compatible format.
Please contact your administrator.

Error: 1025

This error pops up every two minutes or whenever the client sends/receives.
Does anyone have any ideas? Any workarounds?

It sounds as if the Exchange server might be configured to receive mail only
in MAPI. It has to be configured, by the admin, to receive mail via IMAP or
POP, in order to be received (as an RFC-822 message) in Entourage. The mail
account in Entourage should similarly be set up as IMAP or POP as
appropriate. The new Exchange accounts in Entourage 10.1.4 are only for use
with Exchange 2000 and later, not 5.5 (although they will work for mail only
if the server has been set up for IMAP).
