Error 1305 CFX2032.DLL

I am trying to load a program and I keep getting this message "Error: 1305
CFX2032.DLL verify that the file exists and you can access it".

I can't find the file, nor can I find how to download it from Microsoft etc.
for Windows XP. The program I am loading or upgrading is MYOB accounting
software. It has loaded fine before on my work computer.

Then I would try posting to a group that supports that program - this group supports Microsoft Office.
