Error 1305 : during office 2000 Upgrade install

I have recently formatted my hard drive but elected not to
reinstall office 97. Durint the installation an error
message appeared related to the fact of not being able to
locate a previous version of office. I inserted my office
97 cd and it moved passed the error. Now I am receiving
an error "Error 1305. Error reading from file
c:\WINNT\font\BKANT.TTF. Verify that the file exist and
you can access it"

My question is "what fonts are necessary to install office
2000 upgrade"
