Error 1305 Pfiles\MSOFFICE\OFFICE\MS09.DLL

I had re-install my windows XP program. When trying to re-
install my office 2000 I get Error 1350 Error reading
from file D:\pfiles\msoffice\office\msacc9.olb verify
that the file exists and that you can access it.
How do I do that?
