Error 1305. Setup Cannot Read File

Hi,

When I install Office XP, I get this error: "Error 1305.
Setup cannot read file c:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office10\CLIPPIT.ACS.

Does anyone have an idea what may be causing this problem
and how to correct it? Thanks in advance for any help.
