Error 1308: Setup cannot find required file

I set up an administrative installation point on our network for Office 2003.
Followed all the directions. Now I am installing Office 2003 on a user
computer and in the middle of the install I received the following error
message:

Error 1308: Setup cannot find a required file:
drive:\office2003\files\appdata\ms\office\data\opa11.bak

Anyone have any ideas on why this is so or how to correct it?
