After downloading updates from www.bigfix.com, I can no
longer launch an MS Office program (Word, PowerPoint, etc ..)
Upon trying to launch I get a status window stating
"Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1 Premium" is installing. It
then gets stuck when "Error 1309 : Error reading from file
:
C:\MyInstallations\PFiles\Common\MSShared\Themes\THEMES.INF.
Verify that the files exists and that you can access it."
If I hit the "ignore" button, I will get a constant stream
of these error windows for all the other files it can't
find (MS07FTP.EXE, MS07FTPA.EXE, MS07FTPS.EXE, ACWZUSR.MDT,
etc ...)
It finally errors out when it can't find
"MyInstallations\Windows\Help\WZCNFLCT.CHM" and it doesn't
give me the option to "ignore" only to "retry" or "cancel"
so I cancel out.
If anyone can help me figure out how to fix this I would be
extremely appreciative!
Thanks,
Kelly
