Error 1309 Reading D:\sku011.cab

Error 1309 Reading D:\sku011.cab, WinXP SP2, Office
2003/updated. When a user logs in as a normal user on
the network they receive the above error when opening
Word. And there isn't even a "D" drive? Go figure??
Reinstall doesn't resolve this issue.
