Hi,
I am using Office 2003 on Windows XP SP2, and when I try to insert an equation in Powerpoint (Microsoft Equation 3.0), I get the message "Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003" quickly followed by "Error 1309. Error reading from file F:\M4561403.CAB. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it". I click OK, and then the same thing starts again. After at least 6/7 times, I eventually regain control of the application and can insert the equation. If I then try to save or go to a slide which also has an equation, the same thing happens again. It's really annoying. Can anybody help?
I should add that I do not have admin rights on my machine nor the office installation CD.
Thanks,
Arnaud
