error 1309 while opening word 2003 for recently created user

I have recently created a user.While I test out the new accout and the
settings and I get error 1309 :error reading from file g:\office 2003
standart\files\setup\skuo12.cab every time I logon as the new user. windows
installer pop-ups as soon as I logon and try to install office 2003 but can't
..
