error 1311 sourse file not found: e:\office1.cab.

recieving an error when trying to install office xp:
error 1311. source file not found: E:\OFFICE1.CAB. Verify that the file
exists and that you can access it.


This file is on the install disk as a zip file, opened it and still doesnt
work.

the machine had office 2003 on it before hand, uninstalled it first.
