I have Windows XP Service Pack 2 and MS Office Basic Edition 2003. I am
simply trying to transfer my calendar, to do list, address book etc from my
Sony Clie to Outlook 2003. I successfully export a .csv file but am unable
to import to Outlook because MS Outlook cannot start the required translator.
When I try to install it, I get "error 1311" which says "Source file not
found:
C:\MSOCache\AllUsers\90000409-6000-1103-8CFE-0150048383C9\L4561412.CAB" The
MS website solutions aren't working or I don't understand them. Can anyone
help. Oh, also my desktop is part of a 3 computer wireless home network.
