Error 1311

I was working in Publisher and tried to use certain
stationary from the wizard. I rec'd error message that I
should install Office 2000 disk 2. While attempting to do
the installation, I received "Error 1311. Source file not
found: E:\OFFCD2_1.CAB. Verify that the file exists and
that you can access it." I can see the file using
explorer, but the installation doesn't seem to be able to
access it. The file must be corrupt or defective, but it
doesn't show anything weird. Does anyone have any idea of
what can be done now?

First, is the CD the orginal or is it a copy you made?
If it is a copy it probably won't work and give an error
like that. If its the orginal, try cleaning the back, if
that doesn't work buy a new CD because there is something
wrong with the CD.
