Error 1328 - Error applying patch to file C:\config.msi\pt4f.tmp

I get this error when I try to loan service pack 1 on my
computer. I have a tech guy that is suppose to be
uploading this stuff for me, but he has been sick so I am
stuck with it.

Can anyone help me as to why my sytem won't take this
update? Should I skip it and move on to another update?
