Error 1406 prevents installation on my VISTA computer. Please Adv

Hi Everyone:

I am getting VERY frustrated. I am trying to install Outlook 2007 on my
notebook VISTA computer. Every time I try it, I get this message:

Error 1406. Setup cannot write the value to the registry key
\sketchObj.SketchInk. Verify that you have sufficient permissions to access
the registry or contact Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS) for
assistance. For information about how to contact PSS see
C:\Users\Edward~1\AppData\Local\Temp\Setup 00000408\PSS10R,CHM.

Please help me get this installed so that I can use it. That's what I
bought it for.
