error 1406

I was installing office 2007 when error 1406 message appeared. It would not
let me ignore it or retry, so I had to abort. how can i install it?

I have tried changing the permissions for everyone to full control but it

Did you also try Method 2 , 3 and 4

Try to ignore it as you will do it for 2 to 3 times it will start working.
