error 1606 when start office 2000

Dear Sir/Madam,

I use local admin to install office 2000.
When i use Domain User to use the office, there will be error 1606.
When promote the Domain User to Domain Administratoe to use the office,
there will be error 1706.
Domain User use MAN profile.

Did all Office update, but the problem is still there.
How to fix it?
