error 1606

I keep getting a error 1606. could not access network
location <common administrative tools>.all users/. What
does this mean but more importantly how can i install
office xp without this error problem

Check this registry key.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersi
on\Explorer\User Shell Folders

Make sure all the values are valid paths. They should
all start with a variable. %ALLUSERSPROFILE% for XP or
%SystemRoot% for NT. Good luck.

The same problem as what? Please specify what program you're using and when
the error occurs, and someone can help you diagnose.
