Error 1608

I recently purchased office XP for my computer which has
XP home edition loaded in from Dell. When I try to load
Office XP Standard version, I get the error 1608, "setup
unable to locate a qualifying product" . Can anyone help?

Sounds like you have purchased an Upgrade CD, not a full
install for OfficeXP. Is there any Office version
currently installed on your PC?

Don't tell me...you're another eejit who thinks that a version of /Windows/
can be used as a qualifyong product for Office?!
