Error -16999

Hello, Entourage can send emails, but it can't retrieve any saying
Error -16999 The POP server returned an unexpected reply to a command
that Entourage issued.

Can anyone help with this?

This could be happening because of a corrupt message on the server. Try
accessing your e-mail account via a webmail service and then deleting any
junk mail, probably including the oldest message on the server.
