Error 1706 after MS update

MS auto update ran yesterday and now my computer is trying to reinstall
Outlook 2002 on startup and everytime I start Outlook. I click Cancel and
the error 1706 comes up asking me to insert my CD to finish installation. I
click cancel again and eventually Outlook runs fine, but I'd like to get this
resolved. Any solutions?
