Error 1706 in MS Access

When attempting to use a wizard - it appears MS Access is trying to go to the
install CD and grab additional information. The DA0 appears to load however
an error message 1706 comes up that the system is unable to find the
requested information. It appears the system is looking at my a: not my cd
drive. As per some technical articles I have uninstalled and re-installed MS-
Office - but to no avail.

Any ideas please?
