Error 1706 with new users

Hi,

I recently deployed Office 2000 on a Windows 2000
computer. I installed it with the Run All from My
Computer option.

The trouble I am having is when a different user logs onto
this computer and runs any of the Office programs, the
user gets an error 1706. I updated the Office install to
SP3, with no positive solution.

I have tried the install both locally, and over the
network with no difference between the 2.

I have reviewed the articles at the support site, but I
have been unable to find the solution.

Does someone have the fix? Or could you direct me to
where I could find it?
