Error 1706

I have recently designed an intranet site for the school i work in and all
seemed ok untill i opened the site and i got an error message from office
2000 SR-1 Pro: "Error 1706. No valid source code for product MS Office 200
SR-1 Professional. The Windows installer can not continue." This has me
totally baffeled as it will work for me a Domain admin but will always
display the error message when any other group attempts to load the web site.
After you click cancell a few times the website displays correctly. i have
tried to disabling the feature HTML source editting from add or remove
programs but this did not work. It seems to be the text boxes i have used to
posision diferent elements in my web site that trigger the error but i have
loads of them as it made posioning pictures and text alot easier.

Any ideas as i am well an trully confused.

Thanks
