Error 1706

I'm working on editing a video with Windows Movie Maker- I imported the
pictures and when I try to add titles Photo Gallery dialogue box pops up
trying to install, I click cancel but have to do it several times - the last
dialogue box I get states:
Error 1706 no valid source could be found for prodcut PhotoGallery.msi

I have no clue what to do here, can anyone help me?
