Error 1706

I have installed Office 2000 premium (including disk 2
installation) on a network workstation, and have run up on
a problem.

When users under a restricted account try and insert a
chart, the windows installer tries to install the feature
from disk 2 (although I did a complete install). It then
sends out an error message....

Error 1706. No valid source could be found for product
Microsoft Office 2000 Disc 2. The Windows Installer cannot
continue.

However, when I go under an Administrator account it does
fine. I have given the user access to the Office folder
under Program files and that did not work. I have logged
on as the user and ran (as admin) the repair option and
that didn't work.

Can anyone help.
